- RESULTS: IWA - POWER STRUGGLE & SUPLEX ON THE SAND 6
FRIDAY FEBRUARY 27, 2026. CLUB ON EAST, SUTHERLAND, NSW. International Wrestling Australia held two shows over a massive weekend across Sydney. Firstly at Sutherland on Friday night at Club on East in Sutherland. Thank you to all that purchased tickets and attended the packed event. IWA returns to Sutherland on Saturday 31st October, Halloween night, for IWA HALLOWICKED. Tickets will be available soon. You can still purchase tickets to upcoming events at iwawrestling.com.au/tickets The Tuckman returned to International Wrestling Australia following Ring of Honor tapings and a WWE tryout and defeated the debuting Harrison Leon (UK) Jack Osborne of North Shore Wrestling pinned Food and Catering Commissioner Marley Peleti after a spear. Will Kiedis and El Phoenician were both ringside and got into a scuffle, which distracted Marley long enough for Jack to recover and set-up his finishing hold. IWA Australian Heavyweight Champion Randal defeated Jay Sorbet by submission. This came after Randal attacked El Phoenician as the Champ made his entrance. This is the third time Randal has cheap-shotted Phoenician from behind in the last 12 months. Ty Thayer shocked Sutherland by picking up a pinfall win over Killa Kye and won the IWA Trans-Tasman Title in a four-way bout also including Cosmo Cooper and Tony Sin. Cosmo had dispatched of Kye, but before he could make a pin attempt, Tony Sin locked a submission into Cosmo Cooper, who had to watch as Ty Thayer picked the bones to win the title. Tony Sin returned after intermission and held the show hostage until he was awarded the IWA Trans-Tasman Title. Tonight was his third unsuccessful attempt at the title since November. Rita Stone entered, challenged him to a match and soundly defeated Tony Sin by submission . After promising North Shore Wrestling would go 2-0 in victories tonight, Will Kiedis was defeated by the veteran Bronson King in a thrilling main event. Referee Matt Farrelly had been accidentally struck after sending Jack Osborne to the back. Osborne returned to the ring to attack King, leading to King's friends El Phoenician and Marley Peleti to run off Jack Osborne, evening the odds for Bronson King to deliver the elbow drop for the pinfall. SATURDAY FEBRUARY 28, 2026. DEE WHY RSL, NORTHERN BEACHES, NSW. The second night of our double header weekend was at the Dee Why RSL for Suplex on the Sand 6 - the rowdiest event of the year. IWA thanks everyone for attending and creating an incredible environment. The Northern Beaches comes out in droves every year and always brings the energy. International Wrestling Australia returns to Dee Why RSL in February 2027. Rita Stone opened up Suplex on the Sand 6 and left no doubt and she tapped out Jessica Troy in an instant classic that rivalled the quality of their first match last year. Rita Stone continues her winning streak in IWA and has accrued a second win against the Granola Grappler. Brand new IWA Trans-Tasman Champion Ty Thayer appeared at Suplex on the Sand to flex his title win and was put into a rematch against former-champ Cosmo Cooper . While protesting, the Tin Foil Titan was abushed by Cosmo who defeated Ty Thayer in only 24 seconds to win the Trans-Tasman Championship. Cosmo Cooper is now a 2-time champion and Ty Thayer has broken the record for the shortest title reign of all time. The Tuckman returned to the venue where he won the Australian Heavyweight Title to take on El Phoenician in a first-time ever match. With Scott Green and Marley Peleti in their respective corners - The Tuckman defeated El Phoenician with a springboard cutter after playing hurt towards the end of the match, leading to Phoenician letting his guard down. Jack Osborne demolished Jax Jordan . Osborne lived up to his name delivering 'Hoss Style' to Jax Jordan with an immediate spear right out of the gate. While Jax did show some life, he was pummelled until he had no more to give. Jack Osborne made his intentions clear post-match by fashioning the Super Contenders Cup trophy ahead of our 20-man rumble on March 20 in Hornsby. This also may have been the final IWA match for Jax Jordan. Robbie Zucco shocked the Dee Why RSL by pinning Randal to seemingly win the IWA Heavyweight Title. However, junior official Matthew Farrelly apparently missed Randal's foot on the rope during the three-count, leading him to restart the match. Randal retained the IWA Title after an avalanche cutter and upon further match review, The Masked Kamikaze's foot was never on the rope during Zucco's pin. Are the walls finally starting to close in on Randal and his title reign? Suplex on the Sand 6 was headlined by an Australia vs England showdown as Will Kiedis and Sam Osborne returned home to defeat Harrison Leon and Tony Sin - winning The Bashes. North Shore Wrestling got a massive response from the Dee Why faithful, truly a unique site only to be seen once a year at IWA. Thank you to all that joined us this weekend. Don't miss our upcoming events - you can find our schedule and tickets on iwawrestling.com.au/tickets
- RESULTS: IWA - BIFF IN THE RIFF
SATURDAY FEBRUARY 21, 2026. DRINK WEST, PENRITH, NSW. International Wrestling Australia collaborated with Drink West for a huge live pro-wrestling event this past weekend. IWA - BIFF IN THE RIFF was the first IWA event in Penrith in 9 years, and just like the last one, it was sold out. Thank you to all that purchased tickets and we are sorry to those we had to turn away. You can still purchase tickets to upcoming events at iwawrestling.com.au/tickets The Bogan Hogan DAZZA returned to wrestling and quickly defeated PT Bull in Dazza's first singles match in a year. The boy from Dunedoo was in tremendous shape and showed no signs of ring rust. IWA Trans-Tasman Champion Cosmo Cooper defeated EC Brownie by disqualification . The monstrous Brownie stayed on his feet for much of the match, yet Cosmo resiliently fought to knock him down. He finally was able to pick him up for the Cosmosis (Fireman's Carry Slam). He wasn't able to take advantage and go for the cover as Brownie rolled out of the ring and while Cosmo was recovering, Brownie grabbed a chair from under the ring and clocked Cosmo with it, causing the disqualification and keeping the title with Cosmo. Brownie then went on a rampage, threatening multiple IWA officials and even powerbombing one of the IWA staffers while still punishing the champion. Brownie eventually left on his accord. IWA Heavyweight Champion Randal returned home to Western Sydney and was able to defeat the Anchorman Will Kiedis in a thrilling bout. Kiedis, coming off of Ring of Honor TV, was full of confidence during the bout - particularly since much of the audience favoured Kiedis due to him having grown up in the Penrith area. Randal won via pinfall with a Kamikaze Cutter and remains the champion. On his birthday, Ty Thayer lost to the returning Cowboy Chris Abbott , who was tremendously popular now residing in Penrith. Cowboy was back to his former self and despite a cheap shot by Thayer at the start, Abbott came back to pick up the big win in his return match. After the match, Abbott slammed Ty's face into his own birthday cake. The Food and Catering Commissioners Mana & Manoush had a tough time getting things going, but they were able to beat The Exception, Carter Deams and Ben Braxton. El Phoenician and Marley Peleti continue their hot streak in the West after bringing out ice-blocks for the hot crowd. Phoenician pinned Deams after a stellar performance by all four. THANK YOU again to Drink West for hosting the event. We are excited to return to the Penrith area later in 2026. International Wrestling Australia returns to Western Sydney on Saturday 9th May at Hudson Hotel, Seven Hills for IWA - REVERSE THE CURSE. Tickets will be on sale this week. Photos curtesy of @aec_pix

- IWA – The Lumberjacks Results (St. John’s Park, NSW, 06/04/24)
IWA – The Lumberjacks Results (St. John’s Park, NSW, 06/04/24) St. John’s Park Bowling Club was alive last Saturday night for IWA’s return, as we presented The Lumberjacks, culminating a rivalry between Trans-Tasman Champion Will Kiedis and Scott Green. We would like to thank the venue, New Photography Studios, Video Webb and the patrons of the club for contributing to what was a great night of IWA action. The Tuckman kicked off the event handing out Easter Eggs to the event attendees as an apology for letting everyone down at Hornsby. He was not able to live up to his promise of Free Pizza, so as a makegood he handed out the chocolate treats. Before finishing, IWA Director Robert Oxley entered, telling Tuckman he couldn’t hand out chocolates as he was no longer Food and Catering Commissioner – though as Tuckman pointed out, this only applies to items on the venue menu. Tuckman then pinned Aaron Jake despite a near leg injury and handed the rest of the eggs out to celebrate with the audience. With neither having won a match in IWA before, Shay Kassidy backslide her way to a victory over Cherry Stephens in a competitive contest. Despite Cherry’s multiple attempts to evade the backslide, it wasn’t enough and was caught by the popstar. Although what happened after the match seemed to tell the story, as Cherry Stephens was irate and inconsolable, screaming in the faces of ringside personnel before leaving the venue distraught. Vinnie Vain entered the St. John’s Park Bowling Club with the intent of being in his Father Robbie Zucco’s corner, but with Zucco out with an injury, Vinnie instead protested what happened at Hornsby and insisted him attacking his Father was an accident. He desperately explained that he didn’t mean to cost Zucco the IWA Heavyweight Title and he would like to team up with his old man to prove it. This brought out North Shore Wrestling (Sam Osborne and Trans-Tasman Champ Will Kiedis) and after some choice words back and forth, the three agreed that our next event at St. John’s Park Bowling Club will include a tag-team match, featuring Robbie Zucco & Vinnie Vain vs Will Kiedis and Sam Osborne. Shortly after this exchange, The Masked Kamikaze Randal appeared for his match with Osborne, which was immediately paused for Referee Cosmo to eject Will Kiedis from ringside. This is likely due to Cosmo and Kiedis’ history, which has been strained after several months of animosity during Kiedis’ matches. Kiedis reappeared to assist Osborne in the win, but after Kiedis was neutralised by Tuckman (still ringside doing commentary), Randal scored a quick pin and beat his North Shore rival. Randal has now pinned two of the three North Shore Wrestling members, only leaving Will Kiedis. Randal was attacked post-match by Kiedis, who clocked him with the Trans-Tasman Title belt, rendering him questionable to participate in the main event as a Lumberjack. IWA Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Townsend did not have possession of the title belt walking into the match on Saturday night after being stolen by ‘Cowboy’ Chris Abbott at Hornsby. A fired-up Wandering Soul entered first and waited several minutes for the sauntering outlaw to appear, who was cunningly apprehensive about entering the ring. Once in, a physical brawl broke out between the two. Jimmy was able to keep Abbott down long enough to give him the moonsault, but the Cowboy rolled out of the ring. Jimmy went after him and the brawl reignited. Referee Cosmo was unable to contain the fight nor was he able to get the two back into the ring, so the match was deemed a no-contest only after around 4-minutes. Robert Oxley urged the roster to break the fight up, which set the scene for the main event. IWA Trans-Tasman Champion Will Kiedis re-entered the venue to defend the IWA Trans-Tasman Title in a Lumberjack Match, where the roster will surround the ring and can get involed if a wrestler falls to the outside. However, before the match, Kiedis was able to successfully replace Referee Cosmo in the match with Referee Jax. His challenger, Scott Green entered to a rousing ovation by St. John’s Park and half of the ringside wrestlers. After multiple tumbles outside, involvement from lumberjacks and an attempted escape by Will Kiedis, Randal’s reappearance proved to be a difference maker, as Kiedis was sent back into the ring with all of his friends down. Scott Green nailed Kiedis with a superkick and Referee Cosmo replaced a down Referee Jax to count the pinfall, signalling a new champion. Green’s tag partner, Tuckman, was emotional and lifted him up with other wrestlers after the match, though NOT with Jimmy Townsend. We would once again like to thank everyone that attended our event in St. John’s Park. We hope to see you back in August, stay tuned to IWA International Wrestling Australia’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for more information. QUICK RESULTS RECAP: 1. - IWA Hostile Territory Results (Hornsby, NSW, 15/03/24)
HORNSBY RSL CLUB was jam-packed last Friday night for IWA’s return to the venue after almost a year. We would like to thank Hornsby RSL, Hornsby Heights Pizzeria, New Photography Studios, Video Webb, Gold Standard Video and the patrons of the club for contributing to what was one of IWA’s biggest events of all time. Vinnie Vain opened the show with a 5-minute challenge, claiming that no one can beat him in under a 5-minute timespan. The Bogan Hogan Dazza answered the challenge but was quickly met with a cheap shot. With The Bad Guy struggling to put Dazza away, he left the ring to run down the clock, only for Dazza to catch him, throw him back into the ring and claim a victory with ~15 seconds left on the clock. Dunedoo’s finest kicked off the show and returned to IWA in a big way. (4:45) Charli Evans left no doubt after she went one-on-one with Rita Stone in a rematch that rivals the quality of their first match last April. The intensity between the two matched their desperation to win. Rita Stone, who earlier in the night had been awarded IWA’s Wrestler of the Year award for 2023, tried to overcome frequently being thrown to the outside and Charli Evans’ brutal offence. In the head, a headbutt and a lariat from the Violence Artist was the difference maker, leading to a second-straight victory over Relentless Rita. Last year Rita’s winning streak was snapped by Charli Evans and Rita has struggled to get back any momentum since then. Now with a second loss, where does she go from here? (14:35) Matt Callaway’s Invitational Battle Royal became incentivised on Friday afternoon when it was announced that the winner would challenge for the IWA Trans-Tasman Title the next day at IWA Chaos on the Coast. Many young wrestlers, including Jesse Flynn, King Kareel, Leo Tempest and others did their best, but in the end, it was Dazza that reappeared to enter and win the battle royal, thwarting off Callaway and his Caddy to finish. (4:10) On a night with high stakes, there was a vested interest in the upcoming match as IWA’s Commissioners of Food and Catering, The Dropouts (Tuckman and Scott Green) defended the honour against North Shore Wrestling (Sam Osborne and Trans-Tasman Champion Will Kiedis). The interest came from the club patrons, who were promised FREE PIZZA by The Dropouts if they won the match and kept the title. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be. Following IWA Director Robert Oxley leaving a mysterious pizza box nearby, it was acquired by Will Kiedis who used it against Scott Green to score the win. Little did we know until after the match that the box has been pre-loaded with the Trans-Tasman Title belt, giving the tainted win to the new commissioners. After the match, North Shore Wrestling declared there would be NO free pizza for the patrons and threw it all in the bin. Later, The Dropouts went bin-diving for it but declared revenge would be a better dish served to North Shore Wrestling. (11:39) IWA Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Townsend made his first appearance at Hornsby RSL against IWA Legend Robbie Zucco in a competitive title match which ended with the champion retaining the title. The Generational Run proved to be greater than Zucco’s desire for One Last Run – or was it? During the match, Robbie Zucco’s son Vinnie Vain appeared to distract Jimmy Townsend, yet after Jimmy pushed Zucco towards his son, a collision of heads allowed Jimmy to secure a schoolboy roll-up for the three-count. However, watching back the footage, it almost seems as if it was less of a collision of heads and more of a forearm thrown to Zucco’s chin by Vinnie Vain. Vain strongly denied this after the match. Meanwhile, still Heavyweight Champ Townsend was mauled by a masked assailant who turned out to be longest ever reigning Champ Cowboy Chris Abbott, returning to IWA after a 6-month absence. He then STOLE the title belt and declared that until Jimmy can beat Abbott, the title remains in the possession of the Cowboy. (12:20) Finally, in the most emotional and heated match of the evening, The Masked Kamikaze Randal battled The Golden Boot Jackson Kelly in a Career vs Career match for the ages. Through tables and chairs, outside and inside the ring, Randal dropped Kelly with a Blacktown destroyer for the pinfall, signalling the end of Jackson Kelly’s career, which was one of the greatest careers in Australian Wrestling History. Kelly’s North Shore mates Kiedis and Osborne appeared to comfort Kelly after the match, but instead attacked him, affectively removing him from North Shore Wrestling despite his retirement. Conflicted, Randal ran back to stop the assault and he and Kelly shook hands after the war. Kelly said goodbye in the same venue he debuted in 7 years earlier. He was a 3x Trans-Tasman Champion, 1x and tied longest-reigning Australian Heavyweight Champion. (32:20) We would once again like to thank everyone that attended our huge event at Hornsby. We hope to be back next March, stay tuned to IWA International Wrestling Australia’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for more information. QUICK RESULTS RECAP: 1. 5-Minute Challenge: Dazza def. Vinnie Vain. 2. Charli Evans def. Rita Stone. 3. Dazza won Matt Callaway’s Battle Royal, now #1 Contender. 4. North Shore Wrestling def. The Dropouts, now Food & Catering Commissioners. 5. - IWA - Beach Blast RESULTS!
1. The Tuckman pinned Sam Osborne after a distraction from the Masked Kamikaze RANDAL - who attacked The Prize Bull after the match. Randal has now cost all three members of North Shore matches in the last 5 weeks. 2. Despite being woman-handled throughout the match, Rita Stone managed to catch Gymbro Jesse with a flying crossbody to score the win and beat another tough competition. 3. IWA Trans-Tasman Champion Will Kiedis pinned Vinnie Vain with his hand on the rope after an O’Connor Roll. What is interesting to note is that Referee Cosmo was NOT in attendance last night, rather Referee John Anderson. Anderson called the match in Kiedis’ favour. 4. IWA Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Townsend took advantage of Scott Green’s injured leg in front of a furious audience, eventually attacking Scott after his leg was wedged in-between the ring and the stage. Jimmy submitted Scott Green to keep the strap. 5. In a classic, Robbie Zucco delighted his hometown audience catching Ricky South with a small package and giving The Example his first loss in the last year at IWA. After the match, Ricky jumped Zucco only to be saved by Vinnie Vain - who embraced his father Zucco after the match 6. In an extremely hostile environment, RIG and Jackson Kelly squared off in a brutal Northern Beaches Brawl - ending with The Golden Boot pinning The Chief, ending Rig’s IWA career. THANK YOU to everyone that attended our event last night and thank you to Pittwater RSL! We have one more show this year and we are finishing our 25th Year in a huge way. IWA Grapple on the Green 2 goes down Sunday December 17 at Club Austral. Tickets are only $5 with proceeds going to the Black Dog Institute! - RELEASE: Jackson Kelly's title reign is suspended (06/10/23)
Per IWA management, Jackson Kelly's IWA Heavyweight Title reign has been suspended. As of October 8, 2023 - IWA Heavyweight Champion Jackson Kelly has his title reign paused by IWA management due to his threatening of not defending the championship. The title suspension comes due to Kelly reneging on the agreement with IWA Director Robert Oxley where he would only defend the title if he had lost a non-title match first. Kelly lost a non-title match to Jimmy Townsend on August 5th, 2023 and did not sign the contract for the championship match on October 14th. Jackson Kelly subsequent threatening not to come to the IWA 25 Year Anniversary event due to his desire to hold the championship longer than 1000 days has left IWA management no choice. Kelly's title reign is now paused at 904 days, which ties the record for the longest reign in history. The suspension will be lifted if Jackson Kelly defends, and retains the Heavyweight Title against Jimmy Townsend. Until then, any days from today do not count towards his title reign as he is no longer recognised as the IWA Heavyweight Champion. IWA management is hopeful that Jackson Kelly will be at St. John's Park Bowling Club on October 14th for IWA - 25 Year Anniversary to defend the IWA Heavyweight Championship against Jimmy Townsend. Kelly's reign can only officially continue AFTER a successful title defence against top contender, the Wandering Soul, Jimmy Townsend. Great tickets are still available for this event. Tickets start at only $5.00 for club members and $10.00 for guests. CLICK HERE for tickets. Doors Open 7:30pm / Show Starts 8:00pm

- NEW IWA Trans-Tasman Champion, Super Contenders Cup cashed in, RumbleRock 4 is INSANE
1,106 days. That is the time it took for Will Kiedis to cash in his IWA Super Contenders Cup. A lot has changed since he won that cup. Chris Abbott was only 503 days into his record breaking title reign, Will Kiedis was still good friends with Brad Alexander, Jimmy Townsend was less than one year into his IWA career, and COVID-19 was only weeks away from shutting down the world for the first time. In the final of the Super Contenders Cup Rumble, it was down to Will Kiedis and Jimmy Townsend to battle it out for the coveted cup. When Will Kiedis finally used his cup, it was against Jimmy Townsend himself. This brings Will Kiedis to 2-1 in their long running feud, defeating him in the aforementioned Rumble, and at RumbleRock 4 this past Thursday. Jimmy Townsends win came emphatically at IWA Take No Prisoners in March of 2022. Kiedis' cash in came mere moments after Jimmy Townsend pulled off an incredible feat - pinning the IWA Heavyweight Champion Jackson Kelly. This is the first time since January of 2020 this has occurred, after the first time we've seen a Champion vs. Champion singles match since the previous RumbleRock in 2019. This leaves us with many questions relating to Jimmy Townsend, who may just be public enemy number one after this night. Pinning Jackson Kelly should theoretically give Jimmy Townsend the ability to challenge for Jackson Kelly's championship, though now with him going away to for an extended period, we have to wait for this answer, as well as what his next move is. Given his history with Will Kiedis and the revenge he would more than likely want, does he challenge Kiedis'? Does he go after Jackson Kelly after he see's he can defeat him? Does he attend to Chris Abbott's constant challenges online now that his and Apollo's suspensions are up? Or does he turn his attention towards his brethren, Dazza and RIG, who were not in the building an unable to attend to Townsend in his time of need. "Oh, and by the way. Rig and Dazza, my boys! Next time you're on your own, and you're outnumbered, you're on your own" Rumble Rock 4 also saw Rita Stone continue her incredible winning streak against The Sheriff in a York Street fight, and The Tuckman outlast 3 other competitors to win his inaugural beer drinking contest! (before Jackson Kelly ruined the party) IWA RumbleRock 4 is availble to watch on IWA Rewind right now! The fallout to RumbleRock 4 happens THIS FRIDAY March 31st at Hornsby RSL for IWA Hostile Territory! Tickets are still available. IWA returns to St Johns Park on April 8th for Easter Saturday Showdown! Tickets are available now!
